The full span facia design set into architectural crowning, visualy combines the sign with the building's structure . Employing the building's mass lends a greater presence while remaining understated.

The crafted features ( grooved lines raised letters, panels and logo) speak to the quality and refined professionalism of the real estate broker it represents.

A simple yet effective design - says everything it needs to.

The sign design was inspired by the ancient iconic markers that dot Scotland.
It respects the balanced, established landscaped front entrance - more of a participant than a feature.
The visually weighty tapered design is well grounded. it's colour harmonizes with the surrounding natural elements.
The sign is nestled in the landscaping, lending a sense of permanence and belonging.

Thie horse motif was supplied by the client.
