A recently formed New York consulting company helping established business get to the next level.
My first imagery that came to mind was an airplane lifting off the runway as a result of wind rushing over it's wings. So an airfoil image seemed a natural. I struggled with it - trying to create a engaging image that represented the company's values. It led to a dead end, I decided to go back to the criteria and start over. I've learned, if something isn't working it's likely that it's being forced from the top down instead of letting it come from the ground up. I guess the same could be said for anything.. Anyhow, I focused on the word liftoff and a rocket image sprung forth and within a few short minutes the process became unstuck the concept was designed.
The form of the retro style rocket is lighthearted and connect with a wide demographic. The shield background continues the upward thrust while grounding the design and adding strength and assuredness. projecting youth and experience.
The letters were created for the logo with the double letter E stepped up to create further lift.
